My name is Olivia Krawtchuk and my pronouns are she/her. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Yoga Therapist, and Ecopsychologist. I am AuDHD, queer, and first generation. It is my deepest honor to guide clients in their journey of self discovery, healing, and radical acceptance.
As a Holistic Mental Health Therapist, I process with you and create a space of openness, trust, and acceptance. As a Yoga Therapist and somatically-oriented practitoner, I provide various tools to fit your specific needs, such as breathing exercises, meditations, and somatic movement. I believe that a big missing link in traditional talk therapy is the body and therefore practice from a somatic perspective. Our bodies hold a wealth of wisdom and information, and our bodies have a story to tell… are you ready to listen?
My eclectic approach draws on various therapies, from Compassion-Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems (Parts Work) to Mindfulness Meditation and Ecopsychology. This approach provides broader perspective and insight, as well as a deeper understanding of who you are. Many clients that come to my practice have done years of talk therapy and find little improvement, due to deep intellectualizing and cognitive approaches. My practice is built on the integration between body and mind through somatic, holistic, Neuroaffirming, and trauma focused therapy.
I have additional training in Transpersonal Ecopsychology from Naropa University because I believe that having a compassionate, reciprocal relationship with the earth is important to mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
As an AuDHD and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I am deeply passionate about working with clients who are a part of these communities. Being a Neuroaffirming therapist goes beyond just simple recognition, to me it is about continually dismantling frameworks and standards that do not support the wider neurodivergent community. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling like they are “too weird,” “wrong,” or “always knew that something was there… just did not have a name for it.” I am here to tell you that I see you, you are heard, and you are in no way broken.
In combination with that, working from a queer lens in my practice means that we will continually question, challenge, and disrupt linear ways of thinking, seeing, being, and moving through the world and in turn welcome non-linear, spiral, fluid, and creative ways of being.

When I am not sitting in my therapist chair, I enjoy time outside in nature, bird watching, diving into a documentary, and snuggling with my four fur children.
